There will also be a weekly session dedicated to the Laboratory, including reporting films and supervising training grade doctors. Inpatients The appointee will participate in the attending and on-call rota for in-patient management of non-transplant Haem-Oncology patients, based at QEH site. For the ward attending commitments, the appointee will be expected to provide reciprocal cover for periods of leave. Outpatients The appointee will be expected to participate in 3 clinics per week, and the expectation would be to work across two sites for outpatient care.

Consideration for other Haem-Onc workload could be considered, depending on applicant's experience to date. The outpatient clinical sessions should support trial recruitment and PI roles and in turn be supported by dedicated CNS and research nurses. There will be the integrated Haemato-oncology Clinical MDT weekly, plus monthly quality meetings, educational sessions and mortality and morbidity meetings.
