As a Kitchen Designer in our West Kirby showroom, you will be the driving force behind our customers' transformative experiences. Working closely with clients, you will listen to their aspirations and ideas, combining your expertise with their vision to create beautiful designs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, has an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- **Sales Generation**:Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer, backed by a stellar portfolio that showcases your design talents, meeting and exceeding sales targets by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored design solutions to drive business growth. In addition, you will ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
- **Design Consultation**: Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements, and translating these insights into creative and functional design proposals, incorporating 3D visualisations to help customers envision their dream kitchen.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits, to confidently present and demonstrate the value of our products to clients.
- **Networking and Prospecting**: Actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking events, referrals, and other channels to expand our client base.
- **Exceptional interpersonal and communication**:skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.

**Our offer**:

- Basic salary of £22K.
- Monthly commission and targeted bonuses.

- You will not be expected to work Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
