**Responsibilities**:
Installation: Professionally and efficiently install custom kitchen units, cabinetry, worktops, wardrobe systems, and storage solutions according to design specifications and measurements.

Precise Fitting: Ensure accurate alignment, levelling, and positioning of all components to achieve a seamless and polished finished product.

Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail during installations, ensuring that all fittings, hardware, and accessories are properly aligned and functioning as intended.

Problem Solving: Address any on-site challenges or adjustments that may arise during installations, finding practical solutions to maintain high-quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks at every stage of the fitting process, guaranteeing that all installations meet our company's standards and exceed customer expectations.

Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients during installations, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.

Time Management: Efficiently manage work schedules and deadlines, completing projects on time and within budget.

Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while working on-site and handling tools and equipment.

Material Handling: Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment to the installation site, ensuring their secure and proper use.

Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the installation site in pristine condition after completing the project.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including designers, project managers, and fellow fitters, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Skill Development: Stay updated on industry trends, installation techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and provide innovative solutions.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Carpentry and Fitting Experience: Proven experience as a kitchen and wardrobe fitter or similar carpentry and installation role is preferred.

**UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for travel to various installation sites.**

Carpentry Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry, demonstrating a good level of skill and craftsmanship.

Tools and Equipment: Knowledge and proficiency in using various hand and power tools required for fitting and installation work.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in different environments, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and adept at finding practical solutions to challenges that may arise during installations.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Flexibility: Willingness to work on various projects, adapt to different site conditions, and be available for occasional overtime as needed.
- You will be required to be at the factory at 8:00am and finish at 17:30pm (at times overtime is required to finish customers projects)
- Wear company uniform (provided) at all times, you will need safety shoes
- You will at times be required to work the panel saw and panel edge bander
- Construct kitchen cabinets at the factory
- Load and unload van with your helper
- Understand kitchen and bedroom designs created by the sales/design team
- Must fit according to those designs
- Its very important to have attention to detail and excellent quality control
- Maintain a clean site, taking care not to damage customers homes
- Maintaining good communication with the customers and team members
- Good problem solving skills are a must
- Taking care of your vehicle which will be provided by the company, driving responsibly to maintain a good image of the company on the road
