The Opportunity:
Mace is an international consultancy and construction company that has delivered world class projects since 1990. Today we employ over 6,000 people across five global hubs in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and India, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa.

We are looking for an Administrator to join us in West London

**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -**
- Assist with set up project office, for example arrange IT equipment and office furniture
- Create and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Ensure all staff have complete and regularly update their ‘Infomace’ staff home page
- Ordering stationery and PPE for the team.
- Process all incoming correspondence and produce all outgoing correspondence and record in accordance with the Mace Way.
- Archive all project documentation and retain complete records for hand over to Client upon project completion.
- Make orders from Mace suppliers
- Book meeting rooms for all meetings and arrange refreshments/lunches for Client/external meetings.
- Keep log of Mace training records and arrange tests/training when required
- Collating and distributing IR report to IR Manager
- Type letters, minutes reports etc. as necessary.
- Co-ordinate site visits for both Client and Project Teams.
- Manage site meeting room diary
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for this post

**Person Specification**
- Demonstrated experience of IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated typing skills/ability
- Knowledge and use of document control systems (ideal, not necessary)
