**Job Opportunity**:
Due to sustained growth Labman are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly and competent Business Support Administrator to join the team. It is a vital role that enables the business to successfully deliver bespoke laboratory robotic systems to companies and organizations around the world.

In addition nearly all our customers experience visiting Labman HQ. It is important you help set the standard for all engagements with Labman, we want customers to remember their first positive impression with us.

**What the Job Involves**:
Although not exhaustive the following are some of the key duties you will assist with:

- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Welcoming and directing visitors/clients
- Organise catering arrangements for visitors as required
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Resolve administrative problems and prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Open, sort & distribute incoming correspondence and parcels
- Co-ordinate outgoing mail and parcel deliveries / pick-ups
- Maintaining ordering of stationery and office equipment
- Monitoring and collating documentation in relation to internal procedures / QA audits
- Give new employee / intern / work experience inductions
- Sales administration assistance
- Providing general admin assistance as and when required
- Assisting, as necessary, with any tasks that may be reasonably required
- Embody Labman values & behaviours

**Essential Capabilities**:

- A great administrator with good IT and computer skills
- Excellent English literacy skills with the ability to produce accurately written communications
- Self-driven time management skills
- Efficient, methodical and focused approach to work
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Fantastic communication & telephone skills
- Good with names and faces
- Clear and happy intercom voice
- The ability to have a holistic overview of many aspects of the business regarding staff, customers, suppliers, projects and facilities is vital
- Solid problem solving skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task demonstrating exemplary organizational skills

**Desirable Skills / Experience**:

- Excellent presentation skills (weekly staff meetings)
- Previous experience in a similar role
