At Gregory Distribution Ltd, as a result of continued growth, we have a vacancy for a** Quality Systems Auditor **based at our **Cumbernauld **Depot.

**The position of Quality Systems Auditor involves**:

- Actively promote Quality Culture.
- Interpret Customer, regulator & legislative standards into Gregory internal standards.
- To Implement Gregory & customer standards across the group productively.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of a group QMS incorporating HSEQ policies and procedures, for compliance towards all legal and regulatory procedures, accreditations, and documents.
- To update risk assessments and update quality documentation for sites.
- To lead HACCP teams & ensure plans are up to date in accordance with legalisation.
- To perform quality audits & management reviews as per schedule. To draw up and maintain internal audit schedule.
- To update Group Quality non-conformance action log.
- To encourage and support root cause & continuous improvement approach.
- Adopt sites & out-based locations to take quality ownership & champion the quality agenda.
- To be visible and supportive to sites and operational teams.
- Give support to operational teams with closure of actions and delivering accreditations.
- Prepare sites for unannounced audits and audit readiness.
- To attend announced 3rd party audit onsite and where possible attend unannounced audits or support from a distance.
- To liaise with customers to resolve complaints and challenges, plus gain approvals.
- To perform QC tasks on behalf of the Quality Team.
- Update Quality Invoices.
- Support H&S co-ordinators with the upholding H&S standards.
- Flexibility to travel across sites and to plan & manage your own schedule.
