**Job Description**:
Our Client based in Alton Hampshire are looking for Customer service agents who will take calls from clients processing domestic household and commercial property claims effected by floods or fires. You will be responsible to manage the claim throughout itslife cycle ensuring that all parties are kept informed of progress (Full training provided)
Salary & Benefits
- £20,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week, working across 9am -5pm and occasionally 10am-6pm
- 25 days holidays + Bank holidays
- Free parking, Pension.
- Office working and remote working (once trained) split as 2-3 days in the office 2 days Home working.

**FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION**
**Responsibilities**:
- Take reports of new claims from insurance companies, loss adjustors, restoration professionals and allocate the claim to a restoration technician
- Manage the life cycle of the claim liaising with all relevant parties
- Answer and manage all calls in an efficient professional manner
- Provide support to technicians and all colleagues
- Updating all online systems ensuring processing deadlines are met consistently
- Identify and handle complaints escalate where necessary
- Develop technical knowledge in order to support technicians and insurance companies
Skills and Requirements
- Knowledge or experience of claims beneficial, however, Customer facing/office environment considered.
- Highly attentive/organised and can prioritise work load
- Ability to handle and manage complex situations
