Membership and Delegate Administrator

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, those outlined below. You will be the lead membership administrator for your portfolio of clients, and be responsible for ensuring all membership service agreements are met through the following:

- Managing event registrations and attending client events / conferences. (Some travel required in UK / Europe).
- Ensuring that the electronic filing system, project records and client databases are kept up to date with event, committee and membership activity information.
- Updating client websites, managing mailing lists and using client’s eshot mailing systems.
- Raising invoices and assisting in credit control.
- Working as a team to cover the peaks and troughs of annual client contract delivery.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:

- Experience in enquiry handling and customer service within a service / business environment.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with an ability to progress a number of tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload and maintain effective systems.
- A high level of communication & presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish credible relationships at all levels.
- Works with high accuracy and attention to detail - takes pride in their work
- A focus on delivering an outstanding service to our clients and understand they are our priority
- Naturally warm and engaging, and able to build personal rapport with clients
- Possesses self-motivation and initiative to work independently, and keen to take responsibility where appropriate to work independently, and as part of a team
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and willingness to get involved in all activities as directed
- Flexibility, drive and enthusiasm for the role with a desire to always go the extra mile
- Excellent time keeping, time management and organisational skills in order to meet deadlines
- Well presented at all times with a professional manner and approach
- Experience of using a CRM
- Microsoft Office 365

Desirable:

- Experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Delegate management experience before and on-site during events.
- Ability to update basic websites
- Data entry and data management
- Design of flyers, banners for web and print mailing
- Use of Mailchimp - marketing and customer support technology

This is a fascinating and varied role with the opportunity to work across the teams at Moore Engage.

You must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis and be able to regularly travel to the office each week in Macclesfield as well as having an appropriate workspace to work remotely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £25,200.00 per year
