We are looking to appoint a part-time professional Inspection Clerk to join our team at Ballard Property Inventories.

In this role, you will be required to complete Inspection Reports for properties around Stevenage, Letchworth, Hatfield areas. A typical day will include meeting tenants for multiple appointments. Generating inspection reports which record the overall condition of properties midway through an active tenancy. All inspections will be pre-booked, ready for you to attend.

You will be highly organised, reliable, have a good eye for detail and enjoy being customer facing as well as working in the field by yourself. Feel confident in discussing any maintenance-based issues that may be evident with the tenant and liaising with the client to make sure any issues can be resolved effectively.

Full training will be provided to gain an understanding of Inventory Base software used to generate the reports. Mobile phone will be provided to take high resolution photos and to write up the reports.

Applications will be considered from people that can complete 15 - 30 inspections a week at a time that suits both yourself and the tenant of the property being inspected.
