miServices is one of the largest national providers of property inspection services for lettings agents and landlords across the UK. We are looking for a well presented, motivated individual to cover the A1 corridor (AL/SG postcodes) and occasionally other areas of our region.

We’re recruiting an inventory clerk to service our existing clients as well as help us grow our client base in the AL and SG postcodes and occasionally other areas of our region. This exciting opportunity would suit a person with a keen eye for detail and good administration and communication skills.

Using a tablet or phone and our own market leading software you will carry out inspections for private landlords and lettings agents. Duties will include travelling between properties, collecting and returning keys, recording the property condition along with describing all items in the property.

There is an opportunity to be trained on additional services that we provide after 6 months.

**Role Requirements**
- Passion for property
- Full UK driving licence & own mode of transport
- Live in the AL/SG area
- Highly self-motivated
- Well organised
- Good timekeeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate with good spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail

£26K OTE including bonus + travel expenses and company phone provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
