**Core Hours** - 8.00 - 18.00
**Remote working** - 3 days per week in office 2 days remote working
**General Role Description**
To provide a high level of support to the Membership and assessment team, ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient professional and timely manner, in line with the company’s goals, and following the processes and procedures.
This a vital role within the company and the postholder will be expected to work as a part of a busy team and support one another. You may be asked to undertake other duties to assist this.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high level of world-class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Initial response to member enquiries on existing memberships and responding to assessment and membership enquiries
- To monitor outstanding assessment and providers that have not submitted
- Responsible for organising internal submissions and creating regular reports working in conjunction with the Assessments Manager
- Producing accurate accreditation documents
- Assisting Credit Controller chasing any outstanding/overdue invoices from CPDSO members
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to resolve membership problems
- Maintain a broad knowledge about the company’s products and services working alongside the sales and marketing teams
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Good standard of education i.e. GCSE or above
- 2 years minimum Experience of working in a Customer Support environment (Essential)
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to proof read documents accurately
- Experience of working in a HR/training environment (Essential)
- Experience and understanding of CPD, CPD schemes and requirements (DESIRABLE)
- Ability to work on own initiative, be organised and priority-driven and have excellent time-management skills to effectively manage your workload
- Ability to work as a member of a team and be adaptable within the company
- Ability to present a professional image at all times including maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Creative and able to see new opportunities to work differently, if it contributes to increased customer satisfaction or business success
- Happy and confident to work on your own remotely
