As an Administrator in the insurance sector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and maintaining insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handling policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
- Coordinating with clients and underwriters to process policy changes and claims.
- Maintaining client records and updating databases.
- Preparing and distributing insurance documents, including policies, endorsements, and certificates.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing office correspondence and communication.
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial information into QuickBooks
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate data entry and financial management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing office documents and records
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment

Note: Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is preferred but not required.
