Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator on a full time basis to be based in Invergordon. The pattern of working hours is 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday and the purpose of the role is as follows:

- Deliver a consistently high level of administrative services to Customer Service teams.
- Provide first line information and administration to customers.

**Duties include**:

- Provide a first line response, responsible for managing the internal phone system, answering, and directing calls.
- Administrative support to the team.
- Record all complaints accurately, handle complaints timeously and seek to resolve with the aim of front-line resolution on complaints received.
- Assist colleagues with the collation of performance data, statistics and profiling reports as required.
- Provide reception cover as required.
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Take payments and update accounts.
- Process customer requests for repairs.
- Assist with the accurate input of data.
- Administer requests for direct debits, issue payment cards.
- Process and approve invoices for completed works.
- Ensure all records are regularly reviewed and updated accurately and timeously with all relevant changes of information.
- Respond to routine enquiries and complaints from customers.
- Collate information for and produce performance and statistical reports.
- Assist with the co-ordination and administration of mail-outs, electronic and telephonic communications, and social medial updates to customers.
- Provide a customer focused welcome to visitors, answer switchboard calls and respond to enquiries or route to appropriate colleagues.
- Ensure all documents are scanned to the appropriate directories.
- Set up meeting rooms.

- Work with mínimal supervision.
- Review work to ensure accuracy to a high standard.
- Work as part of an effective and efficient team.
- Possess a high standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use and input accurately to information systems and generate reports.
- Work or have experience of front-line telephone responses to customers.
- Administration and working in a customer focused and environment.
- Experience of dealing with challenging situations with resilience, flexibility, and confidence in an appropriate manner.
- High standard of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understand the requirements for the correct recording and control of client information.
