Our client is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 12 weeks. This is a part time role for approximately 21 hours per week with the option of hybrid working if required.

Duties include:

- Managing mailbox.
- Respond to property enquiries.
- Issue standard letters.
- Instruct home reports using standard template.
- Accompany sales agent to viewings & property appraisals if a joint visit is required.
- Provide varied administration and customer service support within the department.
- Update and maintain accurate records.
- Daily use of MS Office.
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**Person specification**:

- Previous administration/customer service experience.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Ability to learn new skills and procedures with ease.
- Strong organisational skills.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
