**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Computerise information and maintain electronic files
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with Sage for record keeping
- Strong computer skills with the ability to computerise information effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with good phone etiquette

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
