**FUNCTIONS**:
Role: Customer Services Administrator

Duties include (In Brief):
Serving customers at the service desk and booking in repairs on to service database.

General Customer service duties (calling customers and answering telephone queries)

General Admin duties (Updating service database, Completing paperwork, filing, posting documents and equipment)

General sales duties (sales of phones, accessories and repairs, handling money, cashing up)

A typical day would be to serve customers at the front desk, booking in and out repair work and to also handle sales of phones, accessories and chargeable repairs. To answer incoming calls and carry out all paperwork duties that are set by the Store Manager, also to update the service computer database when required.

Training:
All admin and database training will be provided, Nokia and Samsung, additional ISO training will be given to become familiar with the company quality procedures over a 3 month probationary period and further training given when required.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 - (40 hours per week)
