Following the retirement of a longstanding and respected member of the Southery Team. We have rare and very exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced and efficient Operations Officer on a permanent basis.

You will provide support to the Principal and work closely with Central Trust Human Resources, Sites and Finance teams. We need someone who works as a key player in our small, happy team, but equally someone who is able to work on their own initiative, making good decisions with a caring approach.

As this is a varied and busy role, exceptional organisational skills are essential. We hope you will love working with children and enjoy seeing how the administration of a school impacts positively on our outcomes.

**Grade G £24,122 to £25,970 per annum, pro rated, job evaluation pending**

**37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)**

**Role Purpose**:
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office, reception etc. and to proactively support the development of a dynamic Academy community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder. **Skills & Experience**:
This a key post within the Academies and you will need to be a strong manager with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines. You will hold a Business Administration or equivalent qualification or a recent proven high level of office experience.
