This role entails providing solid administrative and PA support whilst also taking on the responsibility of managing admissions within an education setting. The suitable candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and have a keen eye for detail, ideally having worked within Education previously.

Client Details

This is a well-established, large scale organisation within the Education and Training sector. With a proud history of delivering top-notch care, they are constantly seeking to improve and expand their services, making this an exciting opportunity to join their supportive team. They are currently looking for a PA & Admissions Officer to join their team on an immediate basis. The role will initially be temporary for at least 8 weeks with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Quidenham, Norfolk.

Description

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
Act as first point of contact for the Principal
Manage the admissions process, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to data protection policies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
Support the wider team with any administrative tasks as required.

A successful PA and Admissions Officer should have:

A strong background in a similar role within the education and training sector.
The company will carry out an enhanced DBS check following a successful placement (required)
Excellent administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
A proactive approach, with a willingness to assist the wider team.
