Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception service, answering telephones and relaying messages.

This post is based within the Emergency Department Reception and you will work over a 7 week shift rotation [day shift/night shift].

You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.

You should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.
