**Head of Insights / Head of Data & Insights**

In a world where we need to understand customer behaviours and stay one step ahead of the curve, this role is pivotal to the overall digital and data function. Playing a leading role in how we convey and deliver data led stories across the whole business**.**

Our Data & Insights is part of the of organisations DNA. As part of this role, you are the eyes and ears of our customers, you need to bring this to life across our customer data and work with the team to translate our data into compelling data led stories.Part of your accountability will be about democratising insights for the whole business, making sure it's part of everyone's role on a day-to-day basis. Lastly as our data capability moves forward your role is about developing the leadership of the team tomaximise its data potential, and supporting the business to enable this to be of real competitive advantage for us.

You will be responsible & accountable for leading the Customer insights, analytics, and data engineering team. We are looking for someone who has experience transforming a team to be much more customer centric. This will involve:

- Leading and managing the insights and analytics team, together with managing relationships with external research and customer data analytics partners where required.
- Delivering qualitative and quantitative insight into customer behaviours, attitudes, desires and demographics, helping to shape the customer strategy across a range of projects.
- Lead and support our customer health clinic forum, shaping the way we understand and think about our customer base.
- Lead the team through the journey of introducing personas and segmentation to create value and purpose for the elements across the business, understanding the role they play, and how we will use this within reporting and campaign execution.
- Support the development and evolvement of the value proposition for the business, identifying those customers of high value, and how we support the team's to deliver market leading campaigns through the power of customer data and insight
