A JPC Team Leader role is to deliver world-class cleaning and support service in line with the JPC and our Client's values.

**Working Hours** : Monday to Friday, 6pm to10pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for team members completing all tasks as set out by the schedules and specifications.
- Ensure that daily checks are completed on equipment’s prior/after use.
- Ensure that daily/weekly cleaning of machinery are completed.
- Ensure all team members work in accordance with Risk Assessments and Method statements.
- Manage staff attendance records.
- Ensure rotas of work are in place and being followed.
- Proactively monitor cleaning standards in all areas of the Estate, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate and communicate any issues that require Management attention.
- Be responsible for the provision of cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standard.
- Emptying litter/refuse bins, etc, and removing waste to designated areas in accordance with recycling policy.
- Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standard where allocated.
- Spray cleaning, scrubbing floors.
- Using powered equipment where necessary (scrubbing machines, wet pick-up machines, vacuum cleaners).

**Salary**: £12.97 per hour
