During your six-week induction period, you will engage in one-on-one development sessions, gain invaluable on-the-job experience, and participate in diverse group training workshops. This immersive learning experience will enable you to not only acquire knowledge but also forge meaningful connections and friendships with your colleagues.

This opportunity is far from being a typical call center job. Unlike most sales-oriented roles, this is a mature and autonomous environment that rewards self-starters with a genuine desire for financial growth. For those who demonstrate unwavering commitment, management positions will quickly become available.

We specialize in health and social care recruitment, covering a broad spectrum ranging from registered general nurses to executive roles such as home managers, regional managers, and directors within the United Kingdom's healthcare sector.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging in regular phone or video conversations with senior executives.
- Presenting customized search solutions that address your clients' specific requirements.
- Managing the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback, and conducting debriefing sessions.

Recruitment is akin to sales, which means you will inevitably face rejection. The nature of this role demands resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. We seek individuals who view rejection as a catalyst for success. It's important to note that this position will be an emotional rollercoaster, with good days, bad days, and moments of self-doubt. However, the feeling of accomplishment when things go right is 100% worth it

**Base Salary is £20k**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
