Recruitment Branch Manager

Uniperms have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager role with Teesside University to head up the new Unitemps branch.
Unitemps is an on-campus recruitment service for students and graduates. It is an exciting and different kind of business in the recruitment world, combining a student employability ethos with a professional approach.
With support from the Unitemps franchise network, the post holder will manage the Teesside University Unitemps Teesside office by generating revenue and building relationships with internal departments within the University, as well as developing commercial sales across the area local to the University.
You will play an integral part in driving forward an innovative, holistic, student-centred approach to delivering the best opportunities for students as well as lead the growth of this organisation, taking responsibility for the full spectrum of development and marketing activities. You will expand operations and raise awareness of Unitemps as a brand. You will be responsible for motivating your team to provide effective recruitment solutions aligned to the individual needs of students and achieve targets.
The way in which you lead is just as important as the deliverables, we are seeking a collaborative, emotionally intelligent leader who can instinctively pick up on the nuances of how businesses and teams operate.
