**Customer Service Advisor**

The Customer Service Advisor role will sit as part of our excellent service desk function here at EMIS. This is a great opportunity to deliver success across the business and also to our customers.

As Customer Service Advisor, you will provide fantastic customer service to end users of our products and services. Collaboration is key at EMIS, as a Customer Service Advisor you will work proactively within the Service Desk team to support patients across the UK, diagnosing and resolving issues within our bespoke software and escalate issues to management where required.

We’re looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, whilst this isn’t a full ‘technical’ role - it would certainly be beneficial if you had an aptitude and passion for technology or experience in a similar customer support role. You will be provided with the tools to transform your career at EMIS. Continuous improvement is key to success; within this customer service job you will develop your technical understanding, be upskilled, and trained across our complete product portfolio and have regular career conversations to map out your next steps with EMIS.
- This Customer Service Advisor role will be a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in out office in Leeds (LS10) and the rest from home. You will also be required to work 1 weekend a month as part of this role._

**What you’ll do**

As Customer Service Advisor your key duties will include:

- Provide first class customer service through active listening and effective questioning.
- Diagnose and respond to customer issues using process and procedural knowledge gained via specialised training.
- Problem solve reoccurring customer issues that require judgement and decision making
- Accurately raise, capture, prioritise and manage customer issues using internal tool sets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Support

**Who you’ll be**

- Experience in a Customer Service role or Service Desk environment.
- Superb communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Logical thinker, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Active listener
- Confidence working under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
