This is a great opportunity within the Sphera Services and Delivery team, who are on the front line of the commitment to Sphera clients, in terms of working to exceed their expectations. Through effective implementation of our software solutions, and by developing positive working relationships with client personnel and colleagues, this is a fun and rewarding role.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organize workshops liaising with clients to understand their requirements and how they are best mapped to the Software Solution, while setting appropriate expectations- Produce solution design and corresponding documentation- Map requirements for Management and Analytical reports and dashboards- QA/Review work of other team members- Lead customer solution demonstrations- Provide support and assistance during Customer testing and go live- Provide issue management and resolution- Develop customer training material and technical documentation- Deliver onsite and remote training courses- Support Project Management in planning, scoping, estimating, and expectation setting along with ongoing coordination and communication both internally and externally- Leading business analysis and solution design processes- Reviewing prospective client requirements for formal estimation and solution proposals

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:
- 3+ years consulting experience in a client-facing, software delivery environment- Experience identifying assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks on software delivery projects- Experience in delivering multiple global projects- Experience configuring software to meet client requirements- Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies- Experience working in an environment where time management and tracking was required- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills- Ability to work with remote teams- Willingness to travel to client sites, including international travel- Willing to be flexible in working arrangements around projects

Preferred:
- 3+ years consulting experience and knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety and/or Quality Management Systems is considered an asset

**Education**:
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
