**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for adults with ADHD.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of mental health programs and services related to ADHD.
- Offer consultation and support to family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in the care of individuals with ADHD.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry and current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Consultant-level experience in Adult Psychiatry, demonstrating a strong track record in the field.
- Specific expertise and experience in diagnosing and treating ADHD in adults.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals with ADHD.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in Adult Psychiatry and ADHD.
