Sales and Lettings Negotiator Apprentice

Duties:

- Being the first point of call and providing an outstanding first impression of the business
- Meeting and greeting customers, answering the telephone, as well as effectively handling enquiries and converting these into viewings or market appraisals in a professional manner
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on previous viewings to our landlords & vendors
- Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers and vendors
- Also liaising with a variety of people including landlords, tenants, buyers, vendors and contractors
- Negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer, then actively promoting our third party services (such as mortgages and solicitors)
- Maintaining diary management and safekeeping of keys
- Arranging and then booking property valuations and viewings for both sales and letting properties
- Once trained, you will also visit properties for viewings with clients
- Follow up on previous applicants with the hope in generating offers on our properties
- Maintaining window and wall displays ensuring property information is up to date
- Attending team meetings and contributing to these meetings
- Actively promoting the business and the properties within the community
- Create and build relationships with our current and potential client base
