**Job Summary**:
**We are seeking experienced and dedicated Gardeners to join our team**.

Your role in ensuring that our customer’s outdoor spaces, gardens, and lawns are immaculately maintained. Your work will contribute to the overall ambiance and visual appeal of customers green spaces, creating a welcoming environment.

**Duties**:
Day
- to -day responsibilities for this role will include:

- supporting the development and maintenance of our clients gardens and grounds.
- undertaking a wide range of horticultural tasks to an exceptional standard.
- following seasonal maintenance and care program including care for lawns, water features, ornamental and pleasure grounds and operational locations.
- operating machinery (where trained and required)
- Perform general gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure the vitality of plants and flowers.
- Care for ornamental plants, trees, and shrubs, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
- Identify and address issues related to pests and diseases affecting the plants.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable by removing debris and fallen leaves.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmentally friendly gardening practices.
- Prepare the project site by clearing debris, grading terrain, and ensuring proper drainage. Remove old landscaping features when required
- Skillfully install landscape elements, including patios, pathways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures. Ensure precise alignment and structural integrity.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.

Knowledge of various plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.

Proficiency in operating gardening equipment.

Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Attention to detail and an eye for design.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of pest and disease control methods.

Basic horticultural or gardening certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £31,500.00-£33,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
