Job Title: PPM Planner

Reporting to (position): Helpdesk Manager

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 circa per year (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm)

Job objectives and responsibilities
- To ensure the effective planning/allocation of PPM tasks using Our own CAFM system and scheduling/planning tools for operational teams
- Prepare schedule to maximise utilisation (where possible) and effectiveness of planned routes for appropriately skilled engineers to achieve PPM SLAs each day.
- To identify areas of risk to KPIs and raise with Supervisor/Contract Manager to take action to eliminate, reduce or transfer the risk of failing SLA's
- To carryout duties in compliance with Mitie Technical Facilities Management Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring PPM certification is uploaded to the CAFM system
- Working closely with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Administrators
- Report/escalate to Supervisors and Contract Manager of PPMs in jeopardy
- To perform tasks in a professional manner to a suitable standard to meet both Client and RNWs expectations
- Compliance with Health and Safety policy/legislation

Main duties
- To allocate all Contractor PPM work in AiMS (our CAFM system), communicating with operational teams daily, weekly, and monthly
- Ensuring completion of Contractor PPM work
- Ensuring PPM certification is uploaded
- Monitor site compliance in relation to PPM activities
- Effective utilisation, efficiency and productivity of contractors
- Regular communication with Engineers, Contract Managers, Supervisors, Admin and Service Assurance Teams
- Ensure the effective planning/allocation of PPM tasks using our CAFM system and scheduling/planning tools to aid the completion of all PPMs within the month.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Line Manager
- To provide support to the wider Account Management Team

Qualifications & Experience
- Understanding of supply chain/basic planning process (order, production, delivery)
- Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of CAFM systems
- Relevant experience in a Planning role using business in-house systems together with Microsoft packages
- A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors is desirable
