Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Reactive Maintenance Planner - 12 month FTC on a Temporary basis at our Pembroke House Office.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Reactive Maintenance Planner, you will be supporting the managers with planning all aspects of the responsive repair works, dealing with residents, operatives and sub
- contractors, working with the IT systems, managing operative’s diaries and general data input and administration.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Receiving job notification and plan resource in our works management system.
- Plan and mobilise internal and supply chain contractor resource.
- Update client systems with status milestones including completion forecasts.
- Maintain communications to our customers.
- This is an office based role with 5 days working in the Pembroke House office required._
