We are looking to recruit an ANP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, for a GP surgery based in Braintree. The surgery are looking to fill up to full time hours, they can consider job shares so will look at applicants wanting part time hours. The working patternwill be negotiated at interview but the Practice is open 8am-6:30pm weekdays, you will not be required to work weekends or late finishes. This would be a good opportunity for those that want additional hours around another work contract or around the schoolrun

They are looking for an experienced Clinician, who can see patients of all ages (ideally including children - although not a deal breaker if not) for a range of Minor Illnesses and Ailments. You'll need to be working towards, or have completed your MSc inAdvanced Practice to be considered. V300 Prescribing is essential for the role as you will need to assess, diagnose and then treat patients autonomously. Some knowledge of Chronic Diseases would be useful, though you will **not** be taking on QoF results as the Practice Nurses do this.

The surgery have around 11,000 patients on their list, use System one and have on site parking. The surgery have a Good CQC and have taken a really proactive approach to improving patient services and increasing patient satisfaction.

If successful for the role you'll earn a competitive salary of around £53,000-£57,000 full time equivalent, depending on experience. You'll also achieve pension contributions, indemnity and 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off. They offer CPD andstaff training as part of the role, so if there are any areas of development that you want to enhance, they will be able to support and mentor you in these ares.
