Quality Assurance (Document Coordinator Specialist)
6 month contract
£115 per day

Key responsibilities;
- Manage workflow and document management for controlled documents
- Troubleshoot workflows and report generation
- Notify staff of new, revised and withdrawn controlled documents
- Support with projects regarding EMDS system, e-archive systems or quality department
- Support with site and function audit preparations with regards to EDMS/ eArchive
- Perform archiving, arranging offsite storage of records, assist with searching, locating and obtaining documents both on site and offsite, processing audits
- Manage the global archival system
- Participate in system improvements
Experience;
- Experience of regulatory, quality requirements for the pharmaceutical/ vaccine industry
- QMS experience, trackwise, EDMS systems
