Accounts Administrator

Our Client are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join and support their Client Accounts Department.
The jobholder is responsible for the administration within the Client Accounts department, and assist with any adhoc tasks to ensure all information is accurate and all queries are dealt with efficiently. Proactively develop excellent relationships withboth internal and external customers to ensure all landlords receive a personal and professional service at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
Tenancy Admin:
- Import new deals and renewals that have been completed by the Lettings Branches into the Accounts system on a daily basis and send out initial contact information as per procedures
- Tenants Deposit releases. Action all deposit releases when requested by the Lettings branches.
- Take card payments from tenants and issue receipts
- Check all coordinators that are sent directly to you and respond to them on a daily basis.- Specifically the 'Deal fall through' coordinator and liaise with the branches to resolve where any funds are held and send instructions to the relevant Client Account Manager.
- Any other general admin duties that are required.
Landlord Admin:
- Deal with any requests from landlord for copy paperwork - example copy statement and invoices and other request that comes to you direct liaise with the relevant Tenancy Account Manager to action
- Amend the landlord contact details on the accounts database if required, ensuring GDPR rules are followed.
Office Admin:
- Cover the phones during busy periods and ensure all information is asked for in a professional manner and is clearly understood so that it can be passed onto the relevant person to action.
- And any other task that is required within the team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department, which also includes any adhoc projects that arise within the department.
- Attend all training sessions, virtual or office based as required.
