Your Role in a Nutshell:

- **Clinical Pathway Maestro**:Guide patients from their initial consultation to completing their care pathway, utilizing our CRM system for efficient pipeline management.
- **Consultative Communications Expert**: Build strong rapport with patients, serving as their primary non-clinical point of contact. Provide information pre and post-treatment, addressing questions, and collaborating with the clinical team when needed.
- **Process Improvement Advocate**: Contribute to the evolution of follow-on sales processes, identifying opportunities for leveraging technology to improve conversion and efficiency.
- **Patient Advocacy and Cash Management**:Ensure adherence to payment plans, monitor and manage outstanding invoices, and advocate for patients throughout their journey.
