We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our restaurant to provide engaging and attentive service to our guests.
You will welcome all our guests with enthusiasm and make their experience with us memorable, which will leave them with wanting to come back for more.
We will bring the true meaning of all-day dining to residents and visitors alike, offering a welcoming place to meet, hang out, eat and drink, any time of the day, 7 days a week. The menu is bursting with classics & modern dishes alongside the nation’s favourite dishes
You are:

- Current / previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, supervising a strong team of Bartenders and Bar Backs
- A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive, even after a long shift
- Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
- A real passion for creating high-end cocktails with a strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, being a calming influence on the bar team
