Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to direct the evening shifts at Adventure. Responsibilities include overseeing general operation, ensuring employee productivity and customer satisfaction, along with creating a positive work environment for both employees and guests. You will be in regular communication with management to stay up-to-date with organisational requirements, issues and improvements, as well as being given the opportunity to help shape the business through exploration of your own ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the running of busy shifts
- Addressing customer issues and requests
- Working with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Being open to feedback and flexible in your approach to dealing with all matters
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the industry in a customer facing management role
- Knowledge of cash management and awareness of stock control
- Team skills
- **Strong organisational, administration, communication and problem-solving skills**:

- Availability to work shifts both weekdays and weekends

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
