Blue Cross are one of the UK’s leading animal welfare organisations for animals. We support sick, injured and homeless pets and care for more than 40,000 animals every year through our rehoming, veterinary and education programmes.
We are now looking for a CRM Project Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions Team on a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract.

**The Role**
As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the integration of our new CRM system.
Ensuring the delivery of an effective and robust CRM system, you’ll manage budgets, produce accurate and timely reporting and co-ordinate resources. You will ensure that project deliverables are achievable, reporting potential setbacks in timely manner.
Overseeing the Central Platform project team, you’ll provide leadership, motivation and drive continuous improvements to processes to support optimal outcomes. You’ll proactively mitigate risks and ensure adequate recovery processes are in place.
Additionally, you will:

- Oversee quality assurance processes
- Ensure the project communication plan is adhered to
- Hold project progress meetings
**About You**
To be considered as a CRM Project Manager, you will need:

- Experience as a senior project manager, working to time, budget and specification constraints
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience of leadership and coaching indirect line reports
- Experience of working in CRM Implementations, with an interest in emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice
- The ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels
- An aptitude for scheduling work streams and managing task loads
- A thorough understanding of risk management
Salary grade: 3.2
The closing date for this role is the 9th February 2023.
