You will be an enthusiastic person with a passion for operations or finance related to travel. Working as part of a small travel operations team you will be a positive individual with strong attention to detail and work to strict deadlines.

This is a full time office based role Monday to Friday.

**Are you the right person for the role?**
- Travel trade experience in Operations or finance an advantage but not essential
- Confident in using IT systems and Excel spreadsheets

- A minimum of two years experience in an office based role
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Keen eye for details
- Ability to work well within a steam or alone
- Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
- Reside in South Manchester or Cheshire

**What will my role look like?**
- Working as part of the travel operations team ensuring all the customer details are correct for each group tour
- Managing the future tours and key final stages of all tours to be delivered
- Managing customer rooming lists to ensure accuracy
- Cancellation deadline communications with customers and suppliers
- Issuing of pre-trip information to customers and suppliers
- Responding to customer and supplier enquiries
