Divisional Risk and Governance Facilitator

Support the systems and investigations, monitoring, analysis and reporting of recommendations and outcomes from Patient Safety Incident Investigations, Divisional Learning Responses and Mortality reviews. Support development and delivery of systems to monitor, analyse, action and report all aspects of the Clinical Governance agenda; to required timescales and ensuring the sharing of learning. Analyse complex information in relation to safety, quality, complaints and patient experience, identifying key issues, shortfalls and trends and deputise/support the Senior Facilitators to producing reports for Divisional Boards and Corporate sub
- boards Work closely with the Clinical Audit & Improvement Department (CAID) to facilitate engagement with the clinical audit programme. Ensure services are assessed by relevant clinical and managerial leads against best practice and that standards and guidance from e.g.

National Audits, National Service Frameworks, NICE, NCEPOD and other national and local guidelines are reviewed and any associated actions implemented to ensure all relevant national and local performance and quality targets are met Lead on specific projects / service developments and evaluations of the service within the Division and its Directorates; including those that contribute the Trusts Quality Improvement Plan and associated Strategy. Ensure support frameworks and systems are in place to deliver the Risk and Clinical Governance agenda and the sharing of learning across the Division.
