We currently have an opportunity to join #teamellis as a **Signage Production Admin Assistant **based in Blaydon Upon Tyne. We are looking for a self-motivated, time efficient and highly organised person to help with the day to day runnings of our signage production.

The Company
- Ellis Signs has been creating an image since 1983
- We make all types of signage including digital prints, external signs and illuminated signs
- We are based in Blaydon Upon Tyne

The Role
- This role is a full time, permanent role
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
- Salary is depending upon experience

**Responsibilities**:

- You will work closely with our production manager to assist in their day to day running of production
- You will deal with a wide variety of clients
- You will help meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You will create spreadsheets
- You will organise job sheets
- You will share the day to day tasks with the production manager
- Creating RAMS

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in the signage industry preferred but not essential
- Good literacy & numeracy skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Great Customer Relations Skill
- Good I.T. skills (preferably Microsoft Office)
- Production experience preferred
- Highly organised

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
