**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a multi-talented HR & People Data Advisor to join a small, friendly and ambitious HR team. Based in Manchester and reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for providing detailed management information reporting alongside HR generalist support to our teams predominantly across the UK.

This role enables you to get involved in so many areas of HR including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, retention initiatives, wellbeing, employee engagement and diversity, equality & inclusion. There is also a level of administration included in the role, which provides you with the autonomy to work on a task from start to finish.

**The key responsibilities include**:

- **Data Reporting** - Producing meaningful HR reporting and data analysis for the Group HR Director and senior leadership teams. These reports require the use of advanced excel skills to manipulate, understand and review trends and analyse complex data including gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reporting, employee engagement data, turnover, holiday, sickness and absence reporting to name a few.
- **Employee Relations** - Managing all employee relations in line with best practice and making full use of your knowledge of employment law. Supporting Managers across all aspects of people management including absence management, performance management, probation reviews and ad-hoc support
- **Employee Wellbeing - **Conducting return to work meetings, with empathy and consistency, utilising professional support such as Occupational Health, Counsellors and Mental Health Advisors where needed.
- **HR Projects**:

- Supporting the Group HR Director with projects, driving operational changes and initiatives across the group, such as Diversity, Wellbeing, Career Path Planning and Reward and Recognition programmes.
- **Policies and Procedures** - the ability to understand and interpret HR policies, procedures and contractual terms and conditions of employment.

**What we’ll expect from you**:

- A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification, or qualified by ‘hands on’ experience with at least 2 years generalist employment law experience, preferably gained in a fast moving environment,
- A demonstrable track record of managing employee’s relations effectively, to achieve a positive outcome.
- Advanced excel skills for the manipulation of data from our HR system and management information.
- You will be passionate about supporting, attracting, retaining and developing our talent, with previous experience of recruitment and assessment methods.
- The ability to think of the bigger picture in terms of solutions and to understand the business impact and risks of alternative solutions.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative and engaging approach, with the ability to flex across styles to get the best from individuals in the moment.
- An ability to work under pressure, work to high volumes and remain professional and resilient at all times.
- Initiative and personal drive to manage and deliver your workload without the need for frequent supervision.
- You will be customer focused, dedicated, organised and have great attention to detail.
