Our depot based in EastKilbride are currently recruiting for experienced Transport night Supervisors to support our operation. You will play a vital part by supporting management teams & the depot as a whole to ensure work is complete in a timely and precise manner, ensuring drivers are in line with legislation guidelines and carrying the correct paperwork with them at all times.

**Hours of work**: 4 ON 4 OFF, 7pm-5am

**Rate of pay**: £30K P/A

Transport Supervisor duties:

- Organise and manage busy transport operation
- Ensure Vehicles and Divers are despatched in a timely manner
- Ensure daily briefings and debriefings are carried out
- Ensure all company systems are used correctly and in accordance with instructions issued
- Managing the allocation of work, planning motivating and coaching, absence & return to work interviews, conduct and capability issues.
- Manage the departure of delivery vehicles to help drivers manage a busy multi-drop schedule
- All contact with customers you should be courteous, professional and efficient
- Demonstrate a desire to exceed customer expectations and deliver excellent standards of service
- Develop & maintain relationships with all customers
- Suggest resolutions or escalate complaints, as appropriate
- At least 2 years' experience in a Transport Supervisor role
- Reliablilty to work a nightshift
- Understanding of Driver Hours / WTD
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Maintain a good level of communication with drivers to ensure accurate delivery of time sensitive deliveries
