A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT SUPERVISOR AT CROWNE PLAZA DOCKLANDS
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Line Management, you will be required to work nights in different shift patterns. As Night Supervisor you will have excellent interpersonal skills and you will be a crucial part of our guests' journey. You must be self-motivated and be an inspirational leader, who believes in delivering the best possible standards in guest service, continually leading your team by example. The role requires excellent soft skills in problem solving, support the department performance and be willing to receive training in Night Guest Services Manager position, so you will be prepared to cover when required in their absence.
Your key areas responsibility will include:
Assist the Night Manager in dealing with all emergency/crisis situations within the hotel at night, acting as first point of contact for guests and emergency services as per the Hotel's emergency procedures.
Manage arrivals and departures process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel's Policy, ensuring payments and billings are correct.
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the reception desk as required and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.
Identifying customer service problems or issues before they arise.
Displaying a positive, friendly, and informal manner with customers.

Leadearship and organisational skills
Opera PMS system and administration experience diserabled
Have at least one year experience as Night Auditor from the hotel background (closing the business day).
