We are recruiting a Receptionist to join our team to play a critical role in creating the best first impression for customers when arriving at the hotel and delivering an experience that keeps bringing them back.
Reporting directly to the Reception Manager you’ll be responsible for assisting customers when checking into the hotel, process payments if needed and answer any questions or queries whilst delivering the exceptional customer service this property has built a reputation on over many years.
Working 5 days out of 7 throughout the week including weekends and bank holidays, the receptionist role involves a strong Guest Services element so you must be comfortable moving around the business and attending to the needs of guests and the properties regular VIP clientele.
