**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with any queries, take bookings and manage the diary
- Provide information to callers and assist with enquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Skills**:

- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Upselling skills to promote products or services when appropriate
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Time management abilities to ensure efficient handling of administrative duties
- Sales skills to effectively sell products or services if required
