We are actively looking for people with experience of working in industries including hospitality, retail, education, care or business that would like to support others in developing skills and gaining confidence in these areas.

You don’t need to have experience or history in tutoring as we offer a fully paid for L3 Education & Training Qualification and will pay you as an trainee tutor whilst you qualify

Our courses run online as well as in person so we have flexible working opportunities to include both work from home and both full and part time employment opportunities so there is something to suit all needs and you can earn up to £15 per hour with an uncapped performance bonus in addition.

**What we can offer you**

**What you will do**
- You will work to deliver online and/or face-to-face sessions with adult learners
- Positively engage groups and build relationships with participants to make learning enjoyable
- Utilise a range of well-established educational processes to appropriately plan, deliver and monitor success of provision

**What you need**
- Industry experience such as hospitality, retail, education, care or business
- A desire to support others in developing skills and gaining their qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience of working to deadlines and effectively prioritising workload
