**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- contribute to the programme planning, ensuring sessions are delivered in line with all desired outcomes and company delivery policies.
- coordinate all required elements for safe and successful session delivery including session planning, location venues, equipment and resources
- proactively communicate any information relating to student program in a timely and consistent fashion to maintain excellent insight into course requirements
- proactively liaise with tutors to understand plans for lessons and agree strategies for learning support to be effective
- lead on strategies and process development to improve and sustain learner attendance and engagement and maintain attendance above department KPI

**Skills**:

- Be able to effectively communicate expectations around behaviour and engagement with a range of learner profiles (essential)
- Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in-person and in writing (essential)
- Be able to take on information from a tutor in relation to outcomes in a lesson to support a learner (essential)
- Knowledge of EHCP plans (desirable)
- Experience working in a similar role within Further Education (desirable)
