**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Advisor youll:

- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether thats saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do whats right.

Our branch is in the busy marketplace of Chesterfield, based near lots of quirky independent retail outlets. We are passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers from the wider Derbyshire area and beyond.

You will be joining a fun and diverse team that has an excellent mix of experience, from 19 years in the role, to just a few years. Everyone works together and has an opportunity to bring their own strengths to the team and we are excited to bring in some new skills and experience.

We have recently started a community partnership with FareShare and you can use our paid volunteering leave to support the charity.

This role is available due to retirement, and opportunities are available for personal development and building your career whilst performing your day-to-day duties helping customers.
