We are looking for a talented, friendly and customer focused member of staff to join our Customer Services Team.

We have exciting development plans as we evolve as a business and would love to hear from people who are passionate about travel and would provide excellent service to our customers.

We are looking for somebody who is a team player with a positive can-do attitude, you should be passionate about helping people and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Covering two major holiday brands, Caledonian Travel and UKBreakaways, you will go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure that our customers not only have a great holiday experience, but that they are also supported every step of their holiday journey.
- Answering the phone and dealing with pre-holiday questions.
- Holiday bookings administration.
- Occasional paid on call duties will be required outside of core business hours.

- Enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact during every customer contact.
- A good listener who has a natural instinct to assess customer needs and resolve queries.
- A great communicator, with a collaborative approach with colleagues, Trade Partners, and Suppliers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office package with excellent written skills.

**Work Pattern**

We offer 7 days a week personal contact to our customers, through our travel shops, contact centre, and customer service team, so a flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential to succeed in this role. Shifts will be allocated on a rota basis.
