Team Personal Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Office Administrator to join our hybrid working team, based in Leatherhead on a full-time basis.

**The Role**

You will be working closely with the Senior Management team to assist with maintaining customer relationships. Tasks will include, but not limited to;
- Creating and updating IT Review Packs in preparation for client meetings
- Note taking during client/internal meetings
- Creation of client proposals and quotes
- Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
- Assist with organising company events

**Skills and experience**:
You will receive training on the services and products; however, you will have the following skills and experience.

It is essential that you:

- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistance
- Are computer literate and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are well organised and can work to deadlines
- Are confident dealing directly with customers
- Have good numerical skills
- Show attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and can multitask
- Can follow process documentation
- Ensuring that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately
- Have a particularly good telephone manner, are friendly and courteous

Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

- Office365 (OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams)
- Supporting and working with Management
- Knowledge of Human Resources procedures
- Assisting with invoicing and with company accounts
- Addressing client complaints and account queries
